Where to get help


1. Your school’s computer technician

If you have followed the instructions but you are still having problems, we suggest your first port-of-call is to ask your school’s computer technician whether the failure is due to a setting unique to your school’s computing environment. Our experience is that school computer technicians are highly skilled and can usually fix most installation problems easily.


2. The SPA Help Desk

If your school’s computer technician is having trouble installing the program on your computer, get your technician to contact Rowan Holmes-Smith at our SPA Installation Help Desk. Rowan can be contacted by email at rowan@sreams.com.au.



3. SPA Operations Support (Fee-for-Service – see ”Costs“ tab)

For a small fee, Rowan Holmes-Smith will visit your school to provide on-site training in how to and download and upload your school’s data. Click here to see the costs involved. Please note that this service provided by Rowan is a technical support service – Philip Holmes-Smith is the expert at interpreting your data (see Philips’ services below).
