A01: How do I create an account?

 

To create an account please click on the "Click Here to Purchase SPA" button (for new customers) or click on  the "Already Paid? Click Here" button (for excisting customers) located just below the login field on the login screen. Once you have clicked on this please fill out the form and then click on the "Create new account" button at the bottom of the form. You will then be sent an email with your username and password information.

A02: I've already purchased the previous SPA software what do I need to do?

 

If you have already purchased the previous version of the SPA software then you do not need to pay for this new subscription as it is included in your annual subscription fee. All you need to do is create an account (please refer to the How do i create an account? question).


When you are filling out the form you will be asked for the original email address used to purchase the previous version of the software. Please fill out this section of the form. If you entered the email address correctly, once you click on the "Create New Account" button your account will automatically be activated.

A07: How do I print my data?


Printing your data results in the new SPA software is very simple. When you are in any of the data analysis pages you will notice a "Print-friendly version" button the top right-hand side of the page. Simply click on this button and a new print friendly page will open up. Then simply press "Ctrl + P" on your keyboard or navigate to File-> Print and select the printer you would like to print to.
