Where to get help


1. Your school’s computer technician

If you have followed the installation instructions but you are still having problems, we suggest your first port-of-call is to ask your school’s computer technician whether the failure is due to a setting unique to your school’s computing environment. Our experience is that school computer technicians are highly skilled and can usually fix most installation problems easily.


2. The SPA Installation Help Desk

If your school’s computer technician is having trouble installing the program on your computer, get your technician to contact Rowan Holmes-Smith at our SPA Installation Help Desk. Rowan can be contacted by phone on 0417 129 074 or by email at rowan@sreams.com.au.


3. The SPA Data Download Help Desk

If you have followed the download instructions but you are having trouble getting your downloaded data to work within SPA (e.g. you are getting an ”error loading databases“ message), contact Philip Holmes-Smith at our SPA Data Download Help Desk.
